Copyright Terms

Materials published in the Journal of Education and Culture (JEC) are protected by copyright, granting exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create adaptations or derivative works. The copyright for each article is held by the journal, unless otherwise specified.

By submitting their work to JEC, authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish the article in any format, including print and electronic media, and to distribute it worldwide, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This means that authors retain the copyright to their work, but give the journal permission to publish, archive, and disseminate it.

Authors are encouraged to disseminate their published articles by sharing the link/DOI of the article. Authors or readers may use articles published in the JEC without needing written permission from the Publisher.

Readers are permitted to download, print, and utilize articles published in the JEC for personal, educational, or research purposes, adhering to the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. This permits articles to be freely shared, adapted, and distributed, provided proper citation is given and derivative works are released under the same license.

Commercial use of articles published in the JEC, or any portion thereof, requires prior written consent from the journal. Unauthorized commercial use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
