Analisis Penerapan Enterprise Architecture dengan Zachman Framework pada Yayasan Al-Husniyah Islamic School

Abstract

This study aims to analysis of the online student admission system (PPDB) at Al-Husniyah Islamic School using the Enterprise Architecture (EA) approach based on the Zachman Framework. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of the online PPDB process conducted via Google Forms. The analysis involved mapping the 36 cells of the Zachman Framework using the 5W+1H approach to assess the system’s alignment with EA principles. The findings reveal that the online PPDB system supports efficiency and data accuracy through real-time data management and structured digital forms. The roles and responsibilities among stakeholders are well-defined. However, several aspects still require improvement, such as process automation, data validation, and information security. Overall, the application of the Zachman Framework helps the school understand interrelationships between system components and formulate strategies for developing a more effective, integrated, and sustainable enterprise-based admission system.
