Copyright Terms
All materials published in the Integrated Sport Journal (ISJ) are protected by copyright, which covers the exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute the article, as well as to display it publicly and to create adaptations or derivative works from it. The copyright of each article is held by the respective author(s), unless stated otherwise.
By submitting their work to ISJ, the authors grant the journal the non-exclusive right to publish the article in any format, including print and electronic media, and to distribute it worldwide, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. This means that the authors retain the copyright to their work, but give the journal permission to publish, archive, and disseminate it.
Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to reuse third-party copyrighted materials that are included in their articles, and for properly acknowledging the sources of such materials. By submitting their work to ISJ, the authors affirm that their articles are original and that they have obtained any necessary permission to include third-party materials, if applicable.
Readers may download, print, and use the articles published in ISJ for personal, educational, or research purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This means that the articles may be freely shared, adapted, and distributed, as long as the original work is properly cited and any adaptations or derivative works are released under the same license.
Commercial use of the articles published in ISJ, or any parts thereof, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the journal and the respective authors. Any use of the articles or parts thereof for commercial purposes without such consent constitutes copyright infringement and will be subject to legal action.
