It is often experienced by elementary school-age children and can have an impact on academic achievement and psychosocial conditions. This community service activity aims to increase students' understanding of eye health, reduce the negative impact of digital lifestyles, and provide psychosocial assistance for students with refractive disorders. The program is designed with a participatory community-based approach through three main interventions: eye health education using interactive visual media, simple eye break practice training, and small group counseling sessions to increase self-acceptance and reduce the stigma of eyewear use. The activity was attended by 25 5th grade elementary school students, including 8 students who were diagnosed with myopia and astigmatism. The results showed an increase in eye health knowledge by 72% based on pre-test, increased adherence to daily eye breaks, and increased confidence of students who use glasses (measured through a simple questionnaire). The direct impact of this program is increased student awareness of the importance of maintaining eye health, reduced anxiety about bullying, and the formation of a school's commitment to carry out periodic eye screenings in collaboration with health workers and optics partners. This activity proves that eye health education integrated with psychosocial assistance can be a simple but effective intervention model to improve the quality of life of students with refractive disorders in elementary school.
