Abstract

The Nusa Lontar Weaving Group is located at RT 24 RW 06, Lasiana Village, Kelapa Lima District, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The Nusa Lontar Weaving Business Group is coordinated by Mrs. Yakoba Tanggu Dedo with a total production workforce of 14 members. In the results of direct research and observation that has been carried out, the researcher found the obstacles faced by the Nusa Lontar Weaving Group, namely the system of selling the products is still carried out conventionally by marketing them directly to consumers and marketing them through events with an uncertain period of time so as to limit the space and time for the promotion of the products of Weaving. In addition, business actors have also promoted and sold through the Facebook marketplace media where sales through Facebook media are still not maximal to get income due to limited details on each product and also if a search is carried out, the results displayed are not in accordance with the search keywords so that the target sales expectations of the production are still categorized as not meeting the expectations of the MSME group. Based on the findings that have been presented and the findings found by the researcher through the results of observation, the researcher creates, designs and implements an application with the title AP3EL MSMEs through the Rappid Application Development (RAD) Method where this method has 4 (four) Main Stages (Planning, Desing, Construction, Cutover) and 7 (seven) for Implementation of Community Service Activities Activity Implementation Process with the hope of helping MSME business actors in marketing MSME products. The application that the author offers does not rule out the possibility for other business groups to promote MSME production and every business actor, can find out the sales results in real time.
